Last updated: September 11, 2026 · Applies to the NexaAi mobile app and the account website at asknexaai.com
NexaAi is provided by Adham Salameh ("we", "us"). You need an account (email + password) to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
NexaAi runs on a plan tier (Beginner/Pro/Max) plus a rolling usage window, and on prepaid credits for anything usage-based beyond your plan's included allowance. Credits are purchased in fixed packs shown at checkout and are deducted per real action taken (a chat reply, a voice turn, a who-is lookup, etc.) at the rate shown in the app at the time. We may adjust plan limits, credit costs, or pack pricing going forward; changes apply to purchases made after the change, not retroactively to credits you already hold.
Nova (Pro) and Zenith (Max) are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription automatically renews for the same monthly price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period — your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from the Restore purchases / Manage subscription links on the Plans screen in the app. On web/Android, the same plans are billed by our payment processor (Paddle) on the same monthly cycle and can be cancelled from the account website's Settings page or by contacting support. Downgrading to Ember (the free/pay-as-you-go tier) takes effect immediately and stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see Refunds below — we don't issue money refunds).
We don't issue money refunds for credit purchases, subscriptions, or completed actions. Instead, NexaAi runs a real, automatic credit-back system for genuine billing errors: if a message is charged for and NexaAi never actually produces a reply, the exact credit charged is refunded to your balance automatically, immediately, with no request needed. If you believe a specific reply's charge was a genuine technical/billing error for some other reason, you can report it from that reply in the app ("Report issue") — a real backend review checks the actual facts of that one charge (whether a reply was generated, its length, what was charged versus what this app's own formula should have charged) against your description, and automatically credits your balance back if it finds a genuine error. This review never reads the content of your conversation — only the structural billing facts of the disputed charge. Every report, approved or declined, is logged with its real reasoning and reviewable by the account owner, who can manually approve one the automated review declined. This is a credit-balance adjustment only, never a cash refund to your original payment method.
Don't use NexaAi to: break the law; harass, stalk, or dox a real person (this includes trying to get identifying details about a private individual out of the who-is/lookup features — they're built for public figures and places, and we actively refuse that kind of request); generate or distribute illegal content; abuse the agent-builder, MCP, or connector features to spam or attack third-party services; attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without our written permission.
NexaAi's replies, including web-search results, who-is lookups, and any code it generates, are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Don't rely on NexaAi for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification. You're responsible for reviewing anything NexaAi generates — including code — before you use, publish, or act on it.
When you connect a third-party account (Google, GitHub, Stripe, etc.) or add a custom MCP server, you're granting NexaAi permission to act on that account within the scope you authorize. You're responsible for what you connect and for reviewing any action that requires your approval before confirming it. If you build an autoresponder agent (Instagram DM, WhatsApp), you're responsible for what it sends and for complying with that platform's own rules.
Code and site designs NexaAi generates for you in the Projects/build feature are yours to use. If you export a project to a connected service (e.g. SiteSpark, GitHub, Vercel, Netlify), that service's own terms also apply to what happens to it there. We don't claim ownership of what you build.
API keys you generate are for your own use, tied to your account's plan and credit balance. Don't share a key or use it to build a service that resells NexaAi access without our permission. You can revoke a key at any time; a revoked key stops working immediately.
We own the NexaAi app, brand, and underlying software. You own your own content (your messages, uploads, and anything you asked NexaAi to build for you), subject to the license above for us to process it in order to provide the service.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including abusive use of connectors, agents, or MCP tools. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings — this is permanent and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
NexaAi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adham Salameh isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content or actions taken by a connector, agent, or MCP tool you authorized.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect.
